If you have not already done so, please make sure to open your 2013 mod manager and update your game install with patch. This should resolve any issues you may be experiencing with your game install.
Also, if you experience game crash upon exiting the game or track loading issues, etc., after the update; make sure your shadows in-game are set to "Max".
